Payment
Payment terms are specified in each project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is required before work begins. All fees are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. We do not offer refunds after work has commenced, though we are committed to revisions as outlined in your agreement.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, you own the deliverables we create for you (business plans, financial models, website code, designs). We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
